After being delayed for almost a week, the PC version of Battlefield 4's third expansion, Naval Strike, is now available for premium members to jump in and cause some destruction.
Originally scheduled for release on March 25th, the DLC was delayed by developer DICE due to a "combination of the pack and planned PC updates [that] would increase performance issues on mid-range to high-end PCs." The Xbox One version also saw a delay due to animation issues, though it was later released during last weekend.
Naval Strike brings four new maps with some watery themes, ten assignments, five new weapons, two gadgets and of course a hovercraft to manoeuvre around on. The expansion also features a new Carrier Assault mode, a remake of the classic Titan mode from Battlefield 2142 in which players will fight to sink the opposing sides ship while keeping their own afloat.
