Aiming to improve on the first person melee combat offered in Dead Island, the Hellraid team at Techland are paying particular attention to sword fighting in the upcoming mod project turned full-featured cooperative dungeon crawler.

Techland Producer Marcin Kruczkiewicz explains how the team have been working with Polish renaissance martial arts group ARMA-PL to improve the game's hack-and-slash aspects.

Hellraid is due in 2014 on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
