Red Bull has today revealed that their "Battle Ground" championship for the top eight StarCraft 2 players will soon be battling it out for the top prize of $50,000.

Taking place live in New York City during the early hours of the morning tomorrow, eight of the world's greatest StarCraft 2 players have been invited to compete in Red Bull's Battle Ground championship, where they will compete against each other for the top spot and for that quite nice cash prize. The contestants include: Jang "MC" Min Chul, Choi "Bomber" Ji Sung, Jens "Snute" Aasgaard, Jo "Golden" Myeong Hwan, Ko "HyuN" Seok Hyun, Sasha "Scarlett" Hostyn, Won "PartinG" Lee Sak and Kim "sOs" Yoo Jin.

You can find the livestream embedded below or through the official Twitch stream over here, and the full list of players here. The championship will begin at 4AM AEST on November 24th, and will be taking place at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

Scarlett vs Bomber Game 3 was great, but personally I'm more of an MC fan
