Keiji Inafune's cyborg ninja zombie slayer action game Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z has been given a release date, with publisher Tecmo Koei announcing a February 27th 2014 Australian release date, peculiarly followed by February 28in Europe and March 4th in North America. More surprisingly, the date apparently applies to all three of the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC versions of the game.

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is a collaborative effort between Inafune-san (best known as the creator of Mega Man), his Comcept studio, Ninja Gaiden veterans Team Ninja, and Los Angeles-based Spark Unlimited. Watch the latest trailer below.
