Batman has had it tough, anyone can agree on that. From having your parents shot in front of you to your back being broken, Bruce Wayne has seen quite a bit of action.
To help get potential players up-to-speed, Warner Bros. has revealed a new CGI trailer depicting some of the more heartfelt moments of Bruce's life, showing the transformation of a dark childhood to his position as the feared crim-fighting hero.
Developed by WB Games Montréal, Batman: Arkham Origins is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline set several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous criminals, the game showcases a young and unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, players will meet many important characters for the first time and forge key relationships.
Batman: Arkham Origins will be available come October 25th worldwide for PC, Wii U, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate will also be launching alongside Origins but for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS.
