We recently had an opportunity to sit through a new demo for Watch Dogs as well as chat with the game's lead story designer, Kevin Shortt.

While the demo itself didn't really show off anything new, our interview took Kevin to task about a lot of how the game-world will work, including interiors versus exteriors, dynamic outcomes and hard-fail scenarios, weather, collecting cars, peripheral activities and side-quests, the in-game economy and much, much more.

Jimbo, yeah I've gotten some hands-on with it and it's pretty awesome. Feels great and looks lush.

We'll have more on it in the not-too-distant future, too.

Steve: I've noticed on all the previews the PC seems to walk everywhere. Is this just done to make the previews look good or are there actual gameplay benefits to be had from playing this way?
