Blizzard have announced via their official page that the infamous Blizzcon event that was put on hold last year is now offering up virtual tickets for those who can't quite make it to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on the weekend of November 8th.
You’ll get access to both days of the show via two exclusive channels, including the developer panels, exclusive interviews, community contests, and the closing ceremony, along with on-demand replays and DVR functionality. Note that Virtual Ticket coverage will be available in English language only, so keep that in mind before you purchase.
Running in at $39.99 a ticket, the virtual offerings include two days' worth of live HD content from the show plus the usual fanfare of hoping that one day Blizzard will surprise us all and announce Warcraft 4.

For more on what the virtual ticket has to offer, check out the official website.

I'll prolly sign up if you get a mount to use in WoW. Can't remember what they gave last time. Was it that Deathwing pet?
