We had a chance to catch up with Bungie's Eric Osborne who serves as both senior writer and community manager on their ambitious open-world co-op space romp, Destiny.

Among topics discussed are the team's philosophies behind a balanced cadence between single-player, co-op and competitive multiplayer. We also try to learn more about player numbers, how their "seamless matchmaking" philosophy will work with multiplayer, the game's playspace and how much will be available at launch, and we even ask that nagging PC question again.
