The long-expected Google Play Games application is now available as a free download from the Google Play store, offering a unified environment for supported mobile games on Android devices. Near identical in functionality to Apple's Game Center app for iPhone and iPad, Google Play Games works as a games launcher for single-player and multiplayer titles, and keeps all your achievements and scores in the one place:

I've never cared about achievements or leaderboards, but the feature that I'm genuinely looking forward to game devs integrating into their games is the Cloud Save feature, just hope they give an option to turn it on or off for individual games.
