We sit down with Ion Hazzikostas, Game Director of World of Warcraft, to discuss the launch of Dragonflight, WoW development, dragon-riding becoming a mainstay, and more.
Taking to their YouTube channel, EA DICE producer Daniel Matros has revealed a small preview of the Battlefield 4 Spectator Mode, walking players through what exactly a mode staple to FPS franchises has to offer.
Utilising pre-alpha gameplay, the new Spectator Mode offers those viewing the chance to see the action unfold before their eyes through the use of a first-person or third-person camera, similar to your usual spectator modes in previous FPS titles. Spectators are also offered the chance to go into a "free mode" camera which can let them float around the map tether-free.
While this new mode isn't exactly a new feature, it will definitely be a handy one for those wanting to compete in the popular eSports section of gaming, offering a more natural way of checking out your friends and family competing in the action. The video also gives a quick glimpse at some pre-alpha multiplayer footage, including the use of land vehicles like the popular tanks in Battlefield 3.
Battlefield 4 will be available for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 end of October and early November, with next-gen consoles dependant on their launch.
I know there is alot of haters but really loved BF3 so I am definitely getting this game. Will never pay EA prices but its a pretty decent price if you buy it from cd key website.
