After recently announcing a remastered version of the original 1989 title for the console platforms, Capcom has today announced that Scrooge and the gang are headed to Steam, Origin and other PC download destinations alongside their console counterparts in DuckTales Remastered.

Writing on their Capcom Unity page, those looking to grab a PC copy will be happy to know that the price to live out your nostalgia will be similarly priced at $14.99 and "should launch within or around same window" as console counterparts. More details on what PC buyers will be getting for their purchase besides the game will be revealed at E3 2013, so keep an eye on AusGamers for all the news.

DuckTales Remastered is expected to be released later this year for PC, Wii U, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. You can check out IGN's comparison video of the Amazon level to see just what has changed in the new remastered version.
