Mojang, the indie studio born from the huge success of Minecraft, have revealed the open beta date for their upcoming fantasy strategy title Scrolls. Starting on June 3, those in need of a bit of card play can purchase the title for $20, and will be available on both PC and Mac.
Alongside the release date Mojang has also revealed a new mini-guide to help those scratching their heads wondering how exactly to play Scrolls. The new guide gives a complete rundown of each specifics on the battlefield as well as an in-depth look at how the card system works. You can check that out here.
A launch trailer has also been unveiled which you can check out below, giving a glimpse at just how Scrolls plays.
Been playing hero academy and before that frozen synapse. I dont mind the 1v1 gameplay as its a battle of skill i can manage and play over days/weeks unlike RTS games.
