After announcing their hamboning publishing deal with Cartoon Network to create a video game based on the Regular Show, D3Publisher has announced that a brand new Adventure Time game will also be making its way to various platforms (via IGN). Following the heels of last year's Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage? for 3DS, the new game will be called Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW!

The new Adventure Time title will be again developed by WayForward with the inclusion of series creator Pendleton Ward to ensure maximum mathematics. Players will be striving to save the Candy Kingdom by exploring the mysterious Secret Royal Dungeon deep below the Land of Ooo. You'll also be able to play as not only Finn and Jake, but also Marceline, Cinnamon Bun, and more.

Those looking for some co-op fun will be happy to know that the game will be supporting four players in cooperative multiplayer however details on what exactly this will offer have not yet been revealed.

Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW! will be available later this year on Wii U, 3DS, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.

D3Publisher also revealed in other Cartoon Network news that Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land for 3DS and Ben 10 Omniverse 2 for Wii U, Wii, 3DS, PS3, and Xbox 360 will also be launching later this year, though no specific date was given.
