Our resident Monster Hunter expert, James Cottee, has been living it up in Capcom's latest Hunter offering for both the 3DS and Wii U, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. While many first believed the title would simply be a "HD" of Monster Hunter 3 Tri, fans of the franchise will be eagerly surprised when they find the complete opposite.

Offering various new boss monsters that may resemble previous species, it isn't just a colour swap for these enemies. From new attack animations and sequences to entirely new outfits, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is definitely a title any Wii U fan looking some time to waste should jump right into.
If you have come to regret investing in a WiiU, 3 Ultimate is a possible cure for your buyer's remorse – with hundreds of hours of polished hard-core content, it could well be the only game you need to justify the purchase.

Definitely worth the score. Having a blast with it.

Also, the Off-TV Gamepad & cross-region patch comes April 15th! I've been hanging for the Gamepad patch.
