Developer and creator of the upcoming DayZ Standalone Dean "Rocket" Hall has unveiled a new dev diary video, this time showcasing the behind-the-scenes of how the team captures the new zombie animations.
This week the format is a bit different, we got behind the scenes and follow Rocket and Matt as they visit the Mocap studio at Bohemia Interactive, and work with the team to develop the new zombie animations for DayZ Standalone.
Alongside the new dev diary was also a quite lengthy blog post detailing all kinds of various upcoming features for the new standalone title, including a more detailed overlook of the character development, inventory system, world developments and art development.

Check out the new dev video below and also swing by the DayZ Tumblr page for the updated in-depth design meeting as well.
