While we wait for the official reveal of Bungie's upcoming title Destiny on February 17th, Destructoid is reporting new images of what seems to be a Best Buy pre-order for the first-person shooter. According to the leaked images, the new title will be for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, however no official details have emerged yet.

The blurb on what looks to be a pre-order card reveals that the futuristic title will be taking place on Earth, and you will tasked with defending "the last safe city." Along with defending, you'll be able to create a character and earn customisable weapons, gear and vehicles inside the "newly-imageined, always-connected universe filled with action and adventure."

Everything changed with the arrival of the Traveler. It sparked a Golden Age when our civilisation spanned our solar system, but it didn't last. Something hit us, knocked us down. The survivors built a city beneath the Traveler, and have begun to explore our old worlds, only to find them filled with deadly foes.

You are a Guardian of the last safe city on Earthm able to wield incredible power. Defend the City. Defeat our enemies. Reclaim all that we have lost. Be brave.
You can check out the two images below showing off the game details and also the cover art. Stay tuned for more when Bungie officially announces the title on February 17th (February 18th for Australia).

Every FPS claims to "redesign" FPS...

It's marketing bulls***. I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, I'm hoping for another Marathon game.

**Just to clarify, I don't mean I'm expecting this game to be a Marathon game. But I want them to make one :( **
