Irrational Games has today revealed the first five minutes of their
recently delayed action FPS BioShock Infinite, showcasing the opening cinematic sequence on how Booker DeWitt finds himself in Columbia. While no actual action is revealed, it still has some spoilers so be warned for those wanting to sustain the excitement until launch.
*SPOILER ALERT!* If you still want to press on, you'll experience the first few minutes of BioShock Infinite. Assume the role of Booker DeWitt as he begins to unravel the mystery that lies behind the floating city of Columbia...

And the rain was moving with the camera too, looked a bit silly.

Midda the 360 looks like it's a matinee event (it's how the unreal engine handles cutscenes) and not the head spinning. They do seem to be using it more in unreal engine games for dramatic effect, don't like it either.
The rain droplet animated texture does seem to move with the boat object until you reach the ladder at the dock, maybe an oversight or just something the Xbox 360 version which looks like what we're seeing this from has a bug with. Maybe the storm cloud is moving at exactly the same pace with the rowboat and yeahhhhhhhh not a bug just an unreal engine feature.
Dishonoured uses the UE3 engy too and seemed to overuse matinees in places and it kinda made it too nauseating for me, surely Irrational haven't over cooked the use of things like cutscenes with this and it will be an outstanding work of art.
I friggin love the Bioshock series, really hanging out for this one
