Among the release date revealed, the Nintendo Direct has also revealed a new gameplay trailer showing off the many ways that undercover detective Chase McCain will infiltrate and complete his objectives. Haha, love the Shawshank Redemption references.

I'm actually really looking forward to this, is it Wii U exclusive?

Yep. It'll probably stay exclusive too, since it's being published by Nintendo.

They do upscale, but not as well as say the Dolphin Wii emulator. The graphics are currently on par with Xbox 360 and PS3, so really it will just be how far the devs can push themselves to make new shinier looking stuff.

That's because Dolphin doesn't upscale, it renders at a higher resolution.

Basically, the correct answer is no, Wii games don't look better on the Wii U.
