Sony has today announced that as part of the upcoming version 2.00 software update for the PlayStation Vita, the PlayStation Plus subscription service will be making its way to the portable device.
PS Plus offers subscribers even more with the release of PS Plus on PS Vita. As part of the Instant Game Collection, subscribers will be able to enjoy PS Vita titles including Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush and Chronovolt. Members will have access to four games per month, as well as a multitude of other perks which include exclusive discounts, content and online storage.
For those who already have an existing PlayStation Plus subscription on the PlayStation 3, Sony has reassured that you won't have to pay twice, and will have access to both versions. Owners of the subscription will also receive automatic updates plus a constant library of 14 games across both consoles, including at least five new games a month.
