Sony has released new screenshots and a video walkthrough of what to expect in the PlayStation Store revamp, which will see a more visually orientated store-front to highlight new games and also include sections for games, movies and TV content on the front page.
Another new edition is the sleeker search function, which will bring results in a real-time basis instead of a submitted catalogue view. Other changes also include high definition videos and screenshots on store pages, UI scaling for those on an SD connection and shopping cart revisions.
Since the launch of PS3, PlayStation Store has been the place to go for the latest games, add-on packs and more. Bursting at the seams with tons of unmissable entertainment, PlayStation Store is updated weekly and, thanks to a radical redesign, new features and revamped search functionality, it's now even easier to find the content you want in minutes.
Check out some of the screenshots below for a glimpse at the new revamp, and you can also check out the preview trailer for an in-depth review of each new section.

I've found 'shopping' on consoles as one of the most archaic 'modern gaming' experiences out there.
(This is in part due to PSN AU's retarded load times).
If the whole thing had a web based front end that I could hit up on a tablet, laptop or desktop I think I'd NEVER click on the 'PSN Store' link again.
