A new trend emerging from E3 is the post-event roll-out of actual event presentations, in this case, a 20+ minute walkthrough of Dead Space 3 shown in almost the same capacity as it was to us behind closed doors.

It's still hard to get a grasp on whether the changes are for the good from this video, but thankfully a forthcoming hands-on report from yours truly will help clear that up, but you can at least see that the team are maintaining their penchant for dynamic set-pieces, crazy machinery, insane necromorphs and Isaac against all odds delivery here.
