Funcom has today announced that The Secret World's initial launch date has been adjusted to ensure a more welcoming release window. Due to apparent marketing reasons, the original date has been moved to July 3rd, with early access starting 29th of June. The change seems to be for the better, allowing a more refined launch window and giving the developers more time to polish everything up.
Funcom have also announced new details for their upcoming betas, which should allow anyone still on the fence an opportunity to check out the games biggest feature, no classes.
The third Beta Weekend, titled 'Hell Raised', will begin on June 15th and run until June 17th. In this Beta Weekend players will be able to experience the Illuminati and Dragon starter experiences as well as the Templar experience.
Players will also get to leave Kingsmouth and venture into the massive region known as Savage Coast, where they will soon find that the very gates of hell itself have opened up! This will allow players to experience the epic 'Hell Raised' dungeon where you will have to battle the demons of hell itself!
There will also be a fourth and final beta occuring on June 22nd until June 24th, which is focusing on the more player verse player orientated gameplay. If you are still in need of a little push, check out our game page
