We've already talked in depth about what we've seen so far from Ubisoft Montreal and their new-era foray into the Assassin's Creed franchise with Assassin's Creed III, but Ubisoft also gave us a chance to chat to the game's creative director, Alex Hutchinson, who also happens to be an Aussie.

We touch on finding a balance between revamping the series for a new protagonist and period, while maintaining expected staples as well as what we can expect in regards to the new game-world including dynamic weather and seasons, hunting animals (and humans, of course), crowd AI, combat and beyond.
