There's been rumblings about another big collaboration between several Japanese publishers for a while and after Capcom and Namco Bandai's measured success with Street Fighter X Tekken, it looks like SEGA are getting in on the action too. According to a report at Japanese blog Andriasang (via Shacknews), the details in this exclusive article from Famitsu Project X Zone (pronounced Project Cross Zone) will be a Nintendo 3DS game featuring a menagerie of characters from all three publishers licenses to pair together for JRPG-style fights. Here are the reported character line-ups from each house:
Capcom: Ryu and Ken (Street Fighter), X and Zero (Mega Man X), Demitri and Dante (Darkstalkers/DMC), Chris and Jill (Resident Evil)

Sega: Shinguji Sakura and Ogami Ichiro (Sakura Wars), Pai and Akira (Virtua Fighter), Kurt and Riela (Valkyria Chronicles), Ulala and Touma (Space Channel 5/Shining Force)

Namco Bandai: Sanger Somvold (Super Robot Wars), Jin and Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken), Kos-Mos and T-elos (Xenosaga), Yurie and Estel (Tales of Vesperia), Kaito and Black Rose (.hack).
A debut trailer is expected later this month.
