I've had a decent bash at The Darkness II on Xbox 360, and honestly, as a console first-person shooter, it's a hell of a lot of fun to play. Quad-wielding sounded weird on paper, but in practice and on a controller, it just seems to work.

So we gave full review duties to Nachos, who ran his skilled keyboard-loving fingers through its frenetic and bloody combat to serve you up his thoughts. The end result is essentially a great game, marred only by an overreach on the platform it ought to be able to overreach on.
