For MMO fans that can actually find some time for a new adventure between the myriad options currently available in the genre, there's another big new player on the horizon. Bluehole Studios' TERA (short for The Exiled Realm of Arborea) has recently launched to a solid reception in South Korea and is gearing up for a Western release with a closed beta about to kick off.

Registrations are now being collected, with word on the official site explaining that you'll need to create an account before tomorrow for a chance to get in on the first round. The only catch is that we can't figure if Australians can get in on the action as there are separate sign-up sites for North America and Europe, but no word on whether us outcasts Down Under slot into either territory. If this sounds like your bag, follow either link and try your luck and let us know how you go in the Comments.

Tera is due to launch in Autumn 2012 (Northern Hemisphere Spring) on Windows PC.

Wouldn't be surprised if this gets RC'ed on the grounds of sexual underage imagery since those bunny girl characters look no older than 12

They've changed the loli bunnies to more age appropriate to get by ESRB. Though they've stated they won't ban anyone who modifies the art files for the models.
