Blizzard's Chris Metzen addressed the crowd as part of BlizzCon's opening presentation with his infectious enthusiasm, showing off the previously mentioned World of Warcraft: Mists of Panderia, a new cinematic from Diablo 3 that looked incredible (which we'll have up for you later) and a new video showing off StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm's new units as well as snippets from the game's single-player campaign.
Amidst all this, he also showed off a quick video of Blizzard DOTA which will feature heroes from other Blizzard titles teaming up or taking each other on in classic DOTA gameplay. Nothing beyond a "coming soon... ish" was offered, though we do have a newly created
game-page complete with a detailed FAQ and a massive batch of new screens, all of which you can check out by clicking the thumbnails below.
We'll have more on Blizzard DOTA from BlizzCon soon, so keep your eyes peeled to AusGamers for updates.

Looks pretty meh, and was a terrible trailer.

Personally I'm not interested in playing it at all, but I'll be interested to see if they make it a standalone game or if they're going to make it as some sort of mod for SC2 or even D3.
