Ok, ok, we're just a little bit excited about The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim here at AusGamers, but then again, so is the rest of the world, apparently.

Still, when you consider the sheer size of the game, its pedigree and the other November releases it's going up against, Bethesda have actually been relatively quiet on the media front. We've seen less than a handful of videos and b-roll, and barely any screens (when considering the above). So we're happy today to point you in the direction of no less than 10 new images from the game, showing off everything from alchemy to fighting bears with ghost bows, or whatever's going on here.

For a look at the latest The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim screens ahead of the game's global November 11 release, click the thumbnails below.

Excellent. Now all we need is Bethesda to release high resolution screen shots instead of these ones. Is it so hard for them to spend 20min on the PC version and take some screens?

Funniest thing I remember lately about Skyrim is when 1 of head people were giving an interview and was asked about any funny bugs popping up lately, he said that chickens were reporting crimes to the guards. That got a lol out of me. Hell they should keep that in the retail version if you ask me.

Last time I was this excited about a Bethesda release was with Morrowind. Hoping Skyrim returns the exploration and danger feeling that Oblivion lacked. *fingers crossed*

Psyched as hell, but I'm uncertain about the water. Perhaps once again, another Elder Scrolls title with bleh water lol.
