The years-end might be jam-packed with some serious modern gaming, but it's always good we remember our roots, especially if said roots have been HDified and are actually Resident Evil 4.

We sent Chad Drake out on review duties to yesteryear to see if Resi 4 still packs the same punch it did in 2006, where it left its mark as one of the most progressive and important action games of all-time.

Thankfully it looks like it has, and while clearly scarred by the frenetic, frantic, visceral and downright scary experience, Chad managed to dish out this review for us.
