Continuing the trend of disapointing desktop gamers, Joystiq is reporting on a statement from Ubisoft that the PC launch of the hotly anticipated Assassins Creed Revelations will also lag behind its console counterparts:
"Assassin's Creed Revelations will launch on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 15 and PC in December."
The news follows Ubisoft's similar recent delays of From Dust and Driver: San Francisco.

On a lighter note, two new trailers for the game made their way online today -- a gameplay trailer showcasing the new hookblade mechanic and a promo vid boasting of the popularity of the recent PS3 beta test.

I'm sure this is in no way a method to capitalize on console sales even further over PC ones.
