Flying Wild Hog have released a playable demo for Hard Reset, their recently announced and soon to launch PC first person shooter.
Hard Reset is an action-packed, single-player shooter for the PC. With over-the-top destruction, loads of enemies, great weapon variety and a beautifully realised cyberpunk setting, Hard Reset is sure to shake up the shooter scene.
For the uninitiated, Flying Wild Hog are a new Polish indie studio formed by veterans of the likes of CD Projekt RED (The Witcher) and People Can Fly (Painkiller, Bulletstorm) and Hard Reset plays very much like a sci-fi Painkiller.

But don't just take my word for it. Grab the demo locally from AusGamers (1GB) and see for yourself.

Hard Reset is due on PC on September 13th 2011.

Its not bad really....nice looking engine and runs very well. It feels like Serious Sam in a blade runner skin in some ways, the gameplay is very fast and fluid

I probably wont Day 1 it (I have other stuff to keep me entertained at the moment), but its definitely something I could see myself picking up in a steam sale.

Anyone else's controls feel very sluggish? Might be my video settings make it feel laggy, but it didn't help the experience.
