By all reports, Google+ is taking off as people jump into Yet Another Social Network. Yesterday it moved a little closer to Facebook in terms of feature list with the
announcement that games are now integrated:
When you’re ready to play, the Games page is waiting—click the games button at the top of your stream. You can see the latest game updates from your circles, browse the invites you’ve received and check out games that people you know have played recently. The Games page is also where your game accomplishments will appear. So you can comfortably share your latest high score—your circles will only see the updates when they’re interested in playing games too.
Regular casual gamers will see some familiar names like Angry Birds and Bejeweled.

I like that the games related stuff won't appear in your normal stream.

One thing though - I couldn't work out how to make a new post on other people's wall?

Not that I really care, I doubt I'd ever play them, except for maybe a little bit of Angry Birds.

You don't really have a Wall on Google+. If you add a friend's name to the section where you add circles to share with, I'm pretty sure they'll get a notification saying that a post has been specifically shared with them, so it's effectively the same thing as posting on their Wall. That, and or you could just tag them in the post.

Was the same for me yesterday, though has appeared today.
No CivWorld, Spartacus, Jetman or Scrabulous - utterly useless game platform. :P

Sweet, I was wondering about that. Would be interesting whether they attempt to link login credentials across platform (can't check on phone).
