Mana Bar Melbourne To Open on July 16

The proprieters of Brisbane's sucessful videogame-themed watering-hole The Mana Bar have been talking about expanding for some time and have now announced the opening date for their second location in metropolitan Melbourne -- July 16th 2011.
The Mana Bar Melbourne is located in the suburb of Fitzroy, a popular inner city entertainment district. It will feature 7 LCD TV’s in multiple rooms running the latest games on the PlayStation®3 (PS3™), Xbox 360™, and Nintendo Wii™ systems. Open 7 days a week, the bar will host events every night and features a unique cocktail menu, gaming themed display cabinets, and a dedicated Turtle Beach zone where patrons can experience the latest and greatest in gaming and specifically engineered for gaming headsets.
According to the press release, in addition to the expected giveaways and live entertainment, the Melbourne launch event will also include a public hands-on opportunity with a yet-to-be-announced upcoming game. Swing by Melbourne.ManaBar.com.au for more details.

Wonder if they regularily clean all the controllers, I would think with so many people using them, wouldn't take much before they're all greasy and s***. What's the experience like with this from in the Brisbane bar?

I'd probably be more keen so just take my own DS along and hook up with people in some Mario Kart matches or something along those lines.
