Fans of Ghost in the Shell, Bubblegum Crisis, Appleseed, and pretty much any other futuristic anime with robots and awesome mechs will likely start salivating at Binary Domain for its character design and art-direction alone.

The game's first teaser piqued some interest, but today's gameplay trailer reveals a bit more; like, yes there seems to be a bit of Gears of War/Vanquish in here, but also a tad more variety in gameplay with vehicles, verticality and giant bosses.

Very 'Gears of War' meets 'I, Robot'. Appears to be another cover based shooter, but the graphics look insane with a few 'Bulletstorm' esque events, such as that slide down the building. Overall looking good but slightly like the same thing we've seen over and over again.
