Your eyes don't deceive you, we've just called Beyonce Knowles a Grinch, and it's because she apparently ruined Xmas for game developer, Gate Five, when a dance game partnership went sour, or maybe a little green.

A summons against Knowles was filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court this week alleging a "bad-faith breach of contract" after she apparently demanded more money for her role within Starpower: Beyone, a music-themed dance game Gate Five were working on with her. According to a report on GamePolitics.com, her demands came right before the Holiday period, leaving Gate Five in financial disarray and "drove 70 people into unemployment".

Adding to the flame against Knowles, it's alleged her Father became involved because her actions were "so unscrupulous that her then manager [who is also her father] renounced them".

Gate Five is asking for a cool $100 million in damages. All the details can be found the summon, which GamePolitics procured, right here.
