The four-minute long video gives a solid indication that CD Projekt are certainly on the right track to achieve the above statement, though I'd argue they'll probably have some competition in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but we have seen more of The Witcher 2 than Bethesda's latest effort, so we'll have to wait and see.
