New Creepy F.E.A.R. 3 Screens

As well as their dark Batman: Arkham City, Warner Bros. Interactive have even more creepiness up their sleeve in the form of Alma, Point Man and Paxton Fettel from their forthcoming co-op shooter, F.E.A.R. 3.

Today they shot across a batch of screens showing off the game's uber-dark locations, which are sure to offer plenty of "I'm so startled" moments (ala Randy Marsh), all of which you can find by clicking here, or on the thumbnails below.

does that mean that they won't really be scary... just stupid... like the southpark episode?
i;m guessing so coz there is nothing creepy or scary about a wet girl (even if she can't be killed... that just makes it annoying).

Those shots look rather Clive Barkerish to me. I still wish they'd make another Blood game, or at least reboot it. Either way should be a fun game with hopefully some good moments.

Think i bought fear on release was in like year 9, Got like 15minutes into it and un-installed because it was to scary :( (did finish it) didn't like fear 2 that much wasn't as scary, I have high hopes for this after seeing it advertised on nightmare on elm street lol.!

Hey Steve just a suggestion: When you put thumbnails up like that it gives the impression that I'm going to see a large picture when I click on it. I am pretty used to opening the large pics in new tabs so I can flick through them but instead I am taken to a page of more thumbnails. I think it'd be more user friendly if you just include a 'click here for sceenshots' text link, one thumbnail, or link the user to the larger picture. Perhaps I'm alone here but It's just what I reckon.

Creepy? Meh.

The screens look crap. It forced me to do a google search and it seems they're still using the same engine from Fear 1 days just with Havok tacked on. That's dated back from 2006...

Warner Brothers has confessed that F.E.A.R 3, the co-op sequel to Monolith's spooky FPS series, has been pushed back to May in order to provide a touch more polish.

Oh dear.
