GamesCom has also finally lifted the lid on the multiplayer component of Killzone 3; showing off the game's frenetic action, stunning visuals and extra cool perks.

So alongside the normal run and gun style play, looks like the game-world in multiplayer will be even more interactive with a glimpse at some mech action, along with a no-brainer, but a goodie nonetheless, jetpacks. There's also quick glimpses of climbing behind mounted turrets and some very cool melee animations and deaths. Unfortunately that's about the extent of what we know is on offer after this trailer, but with my hands-on with it at E3, and this, I'm going to be all over Killzone 3 when it releases next year.
