EA have released the recently promised music video collaboration with pop-rockers Linkin Park promoting the upcoming Medal of Honor and while the song itself might not seem all that appropriate for the visuals, there is some new in-game footage to be found spliced in with the live-action film sequences.

For more of that bearded guy with the Oakley shades in both real-life and in-game form, check out this "Linkin Park - Catalyst" video, you might want to play some of your own, more fitting music over the top of it though.

Medal of Honor is due October 15 2010 on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Sigh, odd choice of music for the video. Not very energy paced. No multiplayer shown...how...odd.

Sorry but I already know the game play does not match the cinematics.

Anything associated with this "band" has to be a steaming pile of crap.

Didn't think much of the trailer. The music doesn't work for me, nor does the live-action. I wonder if it's targeting a younger age group? Say, under 20's?

Or targeting people who just buy anything wit DICE or EA stickered on it. Or linkin park.

nothing will top allied assault, not even this steaming pile of recycled sounds and animations from BC2 (try the beta, you'll see what I mean)
