In the wake of new art, comics and a Syfy original movie announcement, we decided it was time to throw out some Red Faction: Armageddon love here at AusGamers, having been part of a behind-closed-doors session with the game, which is looking pretty damn awesome so far.

For fans of Volition's last effort, Red Faction: Guerrilla, there's plenty here that remains familiar, but ultimately the core experience has changed to offer a more directed gameplay experience that revolves around more enemies, a bit more shooting, along with plenty of that oh-so-important GeoMod destruction we've come to know and love.
