Raven Software have released the first PC patch update for their recently released sci-fi FPS, Singularity. According to the patch notes, the update addresses two small issues:
  • Texture streaming: some players have experienced a streaming bug that occurred on higher resolutions after playing for extended periods. This has been fixed.

  • Networking connectivity: a few players have experienced a matchmaking bug when searching for a game where they would become stuck on the Finding Best Match screen. This has been fixed.
Eager Singularitorians can now find the patch right here on AusGamers.

For more details on Singularity, check out our recent in-depth review (AusGamers 7.5/10).

I didn't have either of those problems occur, in fact the game was pretty damn stable from the start which made a nice change.

Does it fix this?

Man, when that's at full screen, grab your washing an just throw it in...

EDIT: Actually, that is really really tame by comparison to the real thing at fullscreen. I have to cover my eyes it hurts. Closing them isn't sufficient as I can still see the flicker through my eyelids...
