Anyone still following the space drama that involves The Illusive Man and the real illusive man (Commander Shephard), Mass Effect 2, will know that BioWare are aggressively supporting it post-release with both item and weapon upgrades and new full missions (with new characters). The last DLC to land, Overlord, was one of the most enjoyable moments in gaming I've had in a long while (stay tuned for more on this soon), while everything else has more than kept me picking it up again and again.

Today BioWare have revealed you can grab the Aegis Pack for 160MS Points and 160 BioWare Points on Xbox 360 and PC, respectively.
What's better than the latest in high-tech armor? High-tech armor and a sniper rifle, of course! The Aegis Pack adds the M-29 Incisor sniper rifle and the Kestrel armor to Shepard's armor locker!

The Incisor is a burst-fire rifle that excels at decimating enemy shields from a distance, while the Kestrel armor comes in 5 pieces and adds a variety of weapon, shield, and utility bonuses.
Not so long ago, BioWare also released a two-hour long demo, available on both Xbox 360 and Steam, and any progress you made in the demo could be carried across to the game should you unlock the full version. So there's really no need to avoid getting your space drama on any more.

I played Overlord for around two hours - it was shorter than I'd have liked, but so worth it for the narrative and different experience - you'll likely get a combined three hours out of the two, maybe more. If you do get them, play Kasumi first though
