EA's hopeful Modern Warfare killer, a reimagined Medal of Honor, is looking pretty damn impressive from all angles, and today they've released an extended trailer a few new bits and pieces as well as some stuff we've already had a good look at.

While DICE's Battlefield Bad Company 2 does everything it can to derail the MW2 multiplayer juggernaut, it's looking like Medal of Honor will take the action crown in the form of single-player (given they've revealed nothing about multiplayer yet, anyway).

Check out the latest video below and tell us what you think of EA's newest action effort.

Looks pretty awesome. The destruction in Battlefield has achieved something great, though. I booted MW2 for the first time in weeks the other night, and it felt somewhat primitive and limiting, due to the lack of destructibility. I hope this new MoH has some destruction. That trailer showed a little, but it all seemed to be in the cutscenes.

The destructible environments add a whole new layer of awesome, imo.

Think I read that MP was being done by DICE on the same engine. So you gotta ask "will it just be bc2 skinned?"

Why would the multiplayer portion be using a different engine to the single player?

Of course it will be BC2 reskinned does DICE know anything else?

I gotta disagree Midda, playing the beta of BC2 I not once found the destructible environment to be fun, interesting, useful beyond dropping mortar on a building to blow its walls out, since u cant actually level it. It got old REALLY fast. Maybe I was too distracted by it's mediocre gameplay.

Medal of Honor on the other hand looks sweet so far, but the guy talking in that vid sucked.

Because one dev is doing SP and one dev is doing MP. Hence BC2 skinned.

I don't know how you've been playing it, but the destruction changes things immensely. Buildings are no longer safe. Snipers hiding in the attic of a building are quickly exposed by firing your 40mm grenades at the facade. And you absolutely can level entire buildings, it happens pretty much every time I play. They crumble down into a satisfying pile of useless rubble, and anyone inside dies in the process.

Ah I just love spotting a sniper in a building and sending him a farewell rocket to his face. Just beautiful *tear*.

MoH is looking f-in sweet. Very smooth looking, stunning atmosphere and gorgeous environments.

Well I only played the beta and didn't like the design direction and canceled my preorder, but yea denying a camp spot is ok, but it really didn't do it for me. The game just didn't have the right feel.

I dunno about anyone else but do they kinda look at this and get reminded of like cod 1 and UO and sorta looks like what I'de hoped MW1 and 2 to look like.
