Sega have let loose details of a Special Collector' Edition of Bayonetta, solidifying their belief the game is both important to their stable and worthy of SE status.

Bayonetta: Climax Edition will come with a bonus CD soundtrack, a 36 page hard cover art book, your copy of the game as well as a "very limited custom built replica of the Scarborough Fair, Bayonetta's beloved pistol which she has strapped to her hands and feet."

Bayonetta has been dated to release in Australia and New Zealand January 7, 2010 and the Climax Edition will be available at selected stores (yet to be revealed) for pre-order customers.

Will be getting this when it comes out here, imported the Japanese ps3 version and is an awesome game but the performance of the port is less than desirable.
