We have the debut trailer for the side-scrolling Shank, direct from PAX 09 as well as a lengthy gameplay trailer, showing off the game's awesome combat/combo system coupled with its stylish visuals and plethora of blood.

From Klei Entertainment, the guys who brought us the Xbox Live Arcade game, N+, Shank is "an over-the-top action/adventure, built with all the things that we at Klei are passionate about: amazing control, great animation, immersive environment, and everything else that we feel like, and none of the stuff we don't" according to the game's official site.

Oddly enough there appears to be no platform confirmed for the game yet, but our money is on both Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network. Click the link's above to check out both trailers.
