Despite the console being called "MegaDrive" here in Australia, you can still jump on and vote for the next SEGA 16-bit classic to arrive on Xbox Live Arcade from Genesis.com, a site with a list of XBLA hopefuls you can help push over the line:
  • Earthworm Jim
  • Golden Axe II
  • Shining Force
  • Revenge of Shinobi
  • Streets of Rage
  • Toejam & Earl
  • Wonderboy
At the time of writing this, Earthworm Jim is well and truly in the lead, but either way, it's definitely an awesome idea to leave decisions like this in the hands of the gamers. Now we just need some official polls for the likes of Amiga, C64 and so on...

Streets Of Rage/Golden Axe 2 would be nice only other one worthy there would be Shining Force or Revenge Of the Shinobi (F*** level 7 off imo that was just plain stupid doing leaps of faith)

*edit*

Steve your link seems to be slightly broken or it may just be me

Toejam & Earl ftw. Also they pulled Earthworm Jim from the poll for some reason (read about it on Kotaku)

They pulled Earthworm Jim because Interplay have done a deal with Gameloft to publish it.
Also, the link should be http://genesispoll.com/

Nah, it was there before. I'm glad they chose it over Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair (which was crap).
