Many people and forums are already talking about the latest Firmware update for Nintendo's DSi handheld which apparently disables a number of pirate devices from working on the console, but the real stamp on Nintendo's anti-piracy policy came recently when a 38-year-old Japanese man was jailed for making more than 1000 DS games free to download for illegal use from his website.
The Kyoto-based Yoshiaki Asagiri, was handed down a sentence of two and half years in jail for copyright infringement and fined more than US$90,000 (AU$ 115,000).
Looks like a lot of companies are really clamping down on the piracy thing.

Capitalists, eh? Paging infi
I think the key in this case is:
If he wasn't profiting, surely this is completely different to someone selling pirated works at a market and so on. Or those blokes who advertise in the Trading Post and sell 20 games for $20 or whatever, and deliver to your doorstep.
Anyway, what a dip s***. He deserves to go to jail.
