Nintendo have released a developer diary talking about the mission behind bringing a new, updated Punch-Out to Wii. Anyone who ever played the original should definitely check this out as it reaffirms the style, and gameplay style of the original look to be intact here.

We have more info up on our game page, but from the short four minutes of developer quotes and gameplay video, things are looking pretty good in the Punch-Out camp.

I'm stoked you can play this with the Wii Remote on its side - means it should be nice and simple - like the original.
