Yesterday AusGamers had the chance to get down and dirty with GTA 4's multiplayer mode alongside some other Aussie gaming publications, and we're not too modest to say we utterly kicked ass! (Well, we did okay).

At any rate, while only getting to have time with three of the multiplayer modes, they each represented the level of quality and uniqueness Rockstar North have injected into this part of their hotly anticipated game, showcasing just how much more there is to the title beyond Niko Bellic's story.

That is so annoying, especially for someone doing writeups :p


Story in the sense of DM-style MP. Co-op - of course a story is important, but you'll note throughout this write-up I never once mention a story, and that's because in what we were allowed to play there was no need for a story, it was party style DM/CTF/Race-type MP.
