The internet exploded this morning with a stack of screens showcasing the Grand Theft Auto 4 multiplayer mode. It's difficult to really ascertain much about the play styles from the screens alone, thankfully Rockstar Australia are taking AusGamers through Liberty City later in the week for a hands-on session with the multiplayer portion of the game.

Still, it's nice to see the multiplayer stuff is in keeping with the same visual consistency as the single-player. You can see all the screens by clicking here or hitting the pic in this news post. Stay tuned for our thoughts on how the multi handles later in the week.
